The product line Dxxxx consists of two power categories. Each type is available either with air cooling or with water cooling. The maximum diode current is 80A, the maximum diode voltage is 55V.

The product line DPS for CW- and modulated operation is powered by an input voltage 187V … 276V. It has an integrated power factor correction and the standard version has a RS 232 interface for configuration, control and monitoring. The power ranges from 1000W to 3000W, the diode current up to 100A and the diode voltage up to 150V.
The pulsable product line DPSP is equipped with an additional internal (PUI) or external (PUE) pulse unit and an internal pulse generator (PCG). A rise time of 1µs is achievable. CW operation up to short pulsed mode is possible.
For high-demand applications several units can be operated in parallel configuration.
