The LS 400 types are complete laser driver systems with: 

  • diode driver for a maximum diode current of 60A and a maximum diode voltage of 29V
  • TEC controller for Peltier elements for voltages up to +/-29V and currents up to +/-15A
  • integrated operating panel
  • RS 232 interface
  • pilot laser
  • shutter control
  • safety interlock

CW operation (types LS 400) and pulsed operation (types LS 400 FP) up to 5kHz are possible.

The input voltage can vary between 88V and 264V and the input frequency can vary between 47Hz and 63Hz.
